Concebida para las instalaciones de la antigua planta Kodak, la obra Respiro consiste en una ranura socavada en el piso que fisura sutilmente el espacio arquitectónico. La solidez de la fría plataforma de concreto de la nave industrial es interrumpida por una suerte de veta colorida conformada por múltiples y variados textiles tradicionales amalgamados e incrustados en la zanja, que emergen y corren a través de ella fracturando el inmenso inmueble. Tradiciones, historias, memorias contenidas, que reclaman territorio.

Conceived for the facilities of the former Kodak plant, the work Respiro consists of a groove undercut in the floor that subtly fissures the architectural space. The solidity of the cold concrete platform of the industrial building is interrupted by a sort of vein made up of multiple colorful and varied traditional textiles amalgamated and embedded in the trench, which emerge and run through it, fracturing the immense warehouse. Traditions, stories, contained memories, that claim territory.
